  • Generated images and videos (stored for 24h maximum)

  • Billing information (processed by Stripe)
  • Transaction history
  • Active subscription plan

3.4 Technical data

  • IP address
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Cookies (with your consent)
  • Server logs (for security and debugging)

4. Use of Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Magic Pix service
  • Manage your account and subscriptions
  • Generate your images and videos via the AI models
  • Process your payments via Stripe
  • Send you transactional emails (verification, confirmations)
  • Improve our service and fix bugs
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of the contract: To provide the service you subscribed to
  • Consent: For non-essential cookies and marketing communications
  • Legitimate interest: For security, fraud prevention and service improvement
  • Legal obligation: For billing and tax compliance

6. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share your data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • KIE.ai: For AI image and video generation (prompts and source images transmitted to the models)
  • ImgBB: Temporary hosting of source images needed for editing (image-to-image)
  • Host (OVH): For data storage (servers in France)
  • Legal authorities: If required by law

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Until you delete your account
  • Generated videos: 24 hours maximum (automatic deletion)
  • Generation history: Until the account is deleted
  • Billing data: 10 years (French legal obligation)
  • Technical logs: 30 days maximum

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: Obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification: Correct your inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: Delete your account and your data
  • Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured format

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures:

Magic Pix is not intended for people under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
