• Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the site's elements is prohibited without prior written authorization

5. Ownership of Generated Content (images and videos)

The content (images and videos) you generate or edit via Magic Pix belongs to you.

• You retain all rights to the images and videos you create or modify
• You may use your content (images and videos) for personal or commercial purposes
• Magic Pix claims no ownership rights over your creations
• You are solely responsible for how you use your content (images and videos)

Important: Generated content (images and videos) is automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. It is your responsibility to download it before it expires.

Imported source images: When editing images (image-to-image, inpainting) or applying effects, the images you import are hosted temporarily with a third-party provider (ImgBB) for the time needed for processing by the AI models. You remain responsible for holding the rights to the images you import.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 Publisher's responsibility

ABK Suite (Magic Pix) strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on this site. However, we cannot guarantee:

• The permanent availability of the service (maintenance, technical failures)
• The quality of the generated content (images and videos), which depends on third-party AI models
• The complete absence of errors or bugs

6.2 User's responsibility

By using Magic Pix, you agree to:

• Not generate illegal, defamatory, violent or inappropriate content
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Not use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the service's limitations
• Comply with the terms of use of the underlying AI models

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
